This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is made between [Your Company Name] ("Company") and the Affiliate ("Affiliate") who agrees to the terms set forth herein by checking the acceptance box during the sign-up process.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Affiliate will promote and refer subscribers to the Company’s online subscription service, and in return, receive a recurring commission based on the active subscriptions they bring.
2. Commission Structure
2.1. The Affiliate will receive a commission of £0.50 per month for each active subscriber they refer to the Company’s subscription service.
2.2. The commission will be paid for each month that the referred subscriber remains subscribed to the service.
2.3. Commission payments will cease when the referred subscriber cancels their subscription.
3. Affiliate Reference System
3.1. Each Affiliate will be assigned a unique affiliate reference code ("Affiliate Code").
3.2. Subscribers must use the Affiliate Code at the time of registration for the Affiliate to be credited with the referral.
3.3. If a subscriber does not include the Affiliate Code during registration, the referral will not be counted, and the subscriber will not be included in the commission calculations.
3.4. Subscribers may add the Affiliate Code at a later stage if they initially register without it.
3.5. A monthly report will be generated, providing the Affiliate with data on their referred subscribers. This report will help the Affiliate identify subscribers who may need to update their registration details.
4. Payment Process
4.1. The Company will extract the latest data on all active subscriptions referred by the Affiliate at the end of each calendar month.
4.2. The Company will calculate the total commission due to the Affiliate by summing the total number of active subscriptions referred by the Affiliate and multiplying that number by the agreed commission rate of £0.50.
4.3. The calculated amount will then be issued to the Affiliate's provided payment account on or before the 15th of the following month.
4.4. Payment will be made via [Payment Method, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal], as specified by the Affiliate in their account settings. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Responsibilities of the Affiliate
5.1. The Affiliate is responsible for promoting the Company’s services using ethical and lawful marketing methods.
5.2. The Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive practices, spam, or misleading advertisements when promoting the Company’s services.
5.3. The Affiliate must provide accurate payment information and keep these details updated to ensure timely receipt of commissions.
5.4. The Affiliate is encouraged to re-engage with subscribers who have not used the Affiliate Code and request that they update their registration details.
6. Term and Termination
6.1. This Agreement shall commence on the date the Affiliate accepts these terms by checking the acceptance box and will continue until terminated by either party.
6.2. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
6.3. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions for active subscriptions referred by the Affiliate will be paid in accordance with this Agreement.
7. Modifications
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Affiliate via email or the Company’s affiliate portal.
7.2. Continued participation in the affiliate program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
9. Miscellaneous
